Donnell and Day architecture

We engaged Robson Builders Ltd in June 2010 to build our house at 49a Paparoa Road, Cockle Bay.

We were new to the area, and we wanted to employ the services of a respected local Certified Builder. We selected Robson Builders after seeking recommendation from several local Architects. Robson Builders were engaged under a managed labour-only contract.

Dave Robson managed the build in a knowledgeable, efficient and well organised manner. Dave impressed us as particularly skilled in project management. He was at all times professional and courteous and kept us informed of progress, and any pending issues that would require further input or resolution. Dave is a great person to deal with, is always contactable and responds quickly when issues are raised. Despite managing several projects at once, he was instantly able to recall the details of our project over the phone, and give us the definite dates as too when particular tasks would be performed.

Dave’s team of builders worked to a high standard, and I was particularly pleased with the standard of finish achievement in the interior carpentry. All of his workers were approachable and pleasant to deal with.

I would highly recommend Dave and his team based on my own experience. We hope to work with them when the opportunity arises.
